Conlon will make protecting the Town from the negative impact of High Speed Rail.
PROTECT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM BEING OUTSOURCED:
Conlon belives that the Police Department is the most cherished and respected in the Town and would not support outsourcing its Department.
CONSTRUCT A NEW LIBRARY WHEREVER THE VOTERS DECIDE:
Conlon believes the library should be located where ever the other Town Office Buildings are located but will support the will of the voters on Measure F.
