Occupation: Community Volunteer
Education and Qualifications:
Los Altos is truly a great place to live and raise a family. If elected, I am committed to keeping it so and strengthening our sense of community.

Los Altos will benefit from more effective community engagement, allowing residents to more fully participate in decision-making; increased vibrancy of our business districts, including downtown, the heart of our community; efficient transportation planning for pedestrians, bicycles and cars, with focus on parking issues and children's safety in getting to school; and sound financial management.

Leadership, integrity and experience are key. I bring fifteen years of management at Hewlett-Packard plus 16 years of active service on local nonprofit Boards, including Community Services Agency, MVLA High School Foundation, Los Altos Educational Foundation, Friends of Stevens Creek Trail and Los Altos Neighborhood Network.

As Planning Commissioner and co-chair of the City's Stevens Creek Trail Taskforce I've gained valuable insights and familiarity with City matters. I have a demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to achieve results.

I am a 25 year resident who raised two incredible sons in this place I call home. I believe in service to community and I am ready to serve you, the residents of Los Altos.
