We need to get a balance budget before we wind up like the City of Stockton or San Bernardino------Bankrupted.We have gone more then 4 years with out a balanced budget. Experts say Cities should not go below 15 million on their reserves. We are at 11 million on our reserves. We have two councilman that have had personal financial problems of their own. How can they control our tax dollars. |
