Commitment:

As a son, a husband, and soon-to-be father, I am committed to serving Buena Park to make it a better place to live for our grandparents, parents and the next generations.

Collaboration:

As an immigrant, I am dedicated to bringing different cultures, communities and city departments together to create a true multi-cultural and unified city.

Community:

I believe that Buena Park is a family-oriented city based on strong community ties. As an energetic, dynamic young candidate, I will work tirelessly to bring all of Buena Park's citizens together as one family. The strength of Buena Park is its people!

- Education

Currently, Buena Park schools are rated somewhere between 5~7 out of 10. Improving our education system is investing in our future.

- Public Safety

Buena Park is our home. Our citizens must feel safe at home. Our police and fire department has been successfully accomplished their task throughout the years by providing undivided attention and services to our citizens. Recently, City of Buena Park is experiencing budget issues. However, we can't compromise our safety! I will work closely together with Police and Fire Department to provide top-class protection and services to our businesses and families.

- Economic Development

Many new development projects are in-progress but state funding is no longer available. I strongly feel that we need to allocate funding from private sector by promoting Buena Park's business friendly environment, which will led to more sales revenue for the company and more jobs, better living and more tourists for the city.

- Balanced Budget

City of Buena Park's annual budget is approximately $ 100 million dollars. We must allocate our budget where it's needed. We must carefully manage our taxpayers' money to give more benefit to our citizens.

- Better place for our seniors and children

Our seniors brought us here today! They invested their lives, energy and knowledge into Buena Park. It is our turn to support our seniors by creating more recreational programs, facilities and events that they can enjoy, love and laugh with their loved ones. Children are the future of Buena Park! It's time to pass the love and benefit we've inherited from our seniors to our next generation. We need to make Buena Park as our children's "playground" where they can receive education, love one another and dream about the future.
