Candidate for
Council Member; City of Orange

I am pleased to announce my candidacy for Orange City Council 2012. Since moving to this great city, I have come to realize how wonderful our city is. I believe Orange is a great place to raise a family. I believe this because of the wonderful community feeling we posses here in Orange. I have grown to love this city and I find myself extremely lucky to have moved here. I can't think of a better place in Orange County to raise a family. I enjoy living here and I want to be involved in the community as much as I can. By becoming a city council member I believe I can truly give back to our city. I welcome the opportunity and responsibility that comes with holding such an important role in this great city. I want to positively contribute and be actively involved in our community. With your vote and support, I can fulfill my wish to continue to make the city of Orange an amazing place to live.

My friends and co-workers describe me as a hard working, dependable and trustworthy individual who is ambitious, compassionate, and caring. As a member of the Orange City Council I pledge to you that I will be open and available to hear your concerns as well as conscientious, honest, respectful, and responsible when attending to those concerns. I have a life-long interest in government and politics, an intrinsic sense of civic duty, and I have studied sociology, history, political science, and education at a university and graduate school level. Family is very important to me and I can't think of anything better to do than to spend time with them. Some of my favorite hobbies and activities include riding bikes and playing different sports with my son, playing guitar on my front porch, and enjoying the exciting attractions we are so lucky to have here in Orange County with my family.
