Christine has called Brea home since 2003. She and her husband were initially drawn to Brea for its hometown feel, abundant shopping and dining, and central Orange County location. You might remember the couple as they were featured in the 2006 Sunset magazine feature story naming Brea one of the best places to live in the West.

A few years later, when the couple had an opportunity to relocate elsewhere in Orange County, they invested again in Brea, demonstrating their deep commitment to the community they have come to love.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Christine has the intellectual capacity and the professional background to serve the city well as a member of the City Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, where she graduated in the top 2% of her class. Before leaving the workforce in 2006 to focus on her family, Christine worked in municipal bonds for the investment firm Payden & Rygel.

Along with her husband, Christine is raising two kids who both attend schools in Brea. The family is active in the community and participates in a variety of sports; in fact, all four members of the family practice Tae Kwon Do in Brea.
