Elect Alan Frank

I have lived here my entire life, attending Golden, Tuffree and El Dorado. My Wife and I have two children and own a Land Surveying business. I have a degree in Surveying Engineering and an MBA from CSU Fullerton. As a business owner, I understand budgets and finance and will use my knowledge to get Placentia back on solid financial ground.

The City's role is to provide services for the residents; unfortunately the current Council majority has repeatedly passed unbalanced budgets and is failing to provide basic services, like maintenance of our parks, streets, curbs and gutters, tree trimming, and adequate Police. We cannot continue to balance our budgets with gimmicks, like mortgaging City hall and borrowing from what little reserves we have.

I am running for City Council to restore Placentia's financial health and the pleasantness that once was Placentia. Please allow me to use my skills and experience to save our City.
