  • Focus on student saftey, improving test scores, and disciplined spending
  • Less emphasis on reform, such as teacher evaluations based on scores, and more work on equipping students and teachers with resources to succeed
  • Oppose Measure N technology bond - no new local taxes because property owners in the District are overburdened already in tough economic times
