I believe in Mission Viejo's heritage, tradition, and the Mission Viejo Company's Vision, which includes maintaining a family focused and business friendly community.

Priorities:

Fiscal responsibility
- Future focused and long range planning.
- Maintain AAA Bond Rating
- Prudent use of 50% reserves.
- Maintain City facilities - community recreational facilities, parks, senior center, library, etc.

Support family focused lifestyle
- Youth Athletics and Sports teams
- Recreation Centers + includes Aquatics and Tennis Centers
- Crossing Guards
- Safety officers on School Campuses
- Safest City + continue to support appropriate levels of police and fire personnel.
- Senior facilities and varied programming
- Neighborhood Watch Program advocate
- Work in partnership with non-profits and religious organizations in community.

Supports business and economic development
- Business friendly practices
- No business license requirements, increased taxes or fees.
- Streamlined permit process
- Chamber of Commerce is a business partner
- Establish economic development task force to study and solicit future business opportunities.
- Ten year member and board member of the South Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce
- Charter member and founding organizer of the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce
