Candidate for
Council Member; City of Pinole

I will continue to strive for a balanced budget,prioritizing accountability and maintaining the fiscal solvency of the City of Pinole as I have over my term in Office

I will continue working to provide a responsible/proactive Public Service and Safety network for the City of Pinole and I have always supported and promoted Neighborhood Watch groups throughout Pinole.

I will keep Pinole PINOLE and preserve our essential services, maintain our police and fire services locally.

I bring the historical experience and a proven business prespective to manage our limited resources and create economic opportunities.

And, I will continue to brainstorm new ways to attract/solict successful businesses like I have with Tina's Place, Kaiser Permanente, Burlington, Chipotle and Trader Joe's, without using Redevelopment funding.

I do not use slogans, my accomplishments on behalf of our community are proven and a product of dedication and hard work.
