Education and Qualifications:

I value the sense of community that the city of Clayton provides for all of us. In addition, I consider our City Council's sole function is to maintain and enhance the culture of our community by providing the ideal living standard that our fine city is equipped to offer.

With the recent downtown development proposal is behind us, future downtown property development proposals are inevitable. Therefore, it is critical that our represented officials exercise careful consideration of eliminating the prospects of irreversible consequences founded on short sighted decisions. Therefore, my priorities are weighted with an emphasis toward the following concepts.

1) Community Culture - What effect will the decisions at hand have on the reason we choose to live in Clayton?

2) Financial - How sustainable is our current situation and to what degree will alternative development proposals strengthen our resources?

While my career in the real estate, commercial finance, and automobile industries over the past 23 years is important to my qualifications that are directly related to key decisions that will affect us all, my focus is on moving forward with immediate and continued progress to our community with genuine interest and integrity.
