My name is: Arsenio "Chaz" Escudero

My age is:

My occupation is: Senior Management Analyst/ Reservist/Professor

Education and Qualifications:

I stand for the values that make Martinez a great city, which are: a respect for history, the preservation of a safe and healthy community, and fostering vibrant business associations throughout our remarkable city.

I am politically experienced and have an intimate understanding of politics because I have worked at the highest levels of government for Senator Harry Reid at the United States Senate and I have a Master's degree in Political Science and have taught American Government at the college level. I am experienced in the administrative side of government because I have worked as an analyst for a total of 6 years and have a passion for solving budgetary, political, economic, and policy related problems. I also have a Master's degree in Public Administration and I have taught courses for the University of Virginia on public budgeting and the ethics of public administration.

If elected, I will dedicate my experience and knowledge to making our city a role model of success in business, community partnerships, and in the promotion of our cultural heritage. It would be a privilege and honor to serve the people of the City of Martinez.
