  • BALANCED BUDGET: Adopt Priority Based Budgeting accounting model. Provide the City Manager with specific priorities and tools for measurable results.
  • SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS: "More Safety at Less Cost". Compensation and benefits need to be fair to the taxpayers and fair to the safety workers.
