2000- 2008 Realtor/Owner, Home Team Realty Group
Represent buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, vacant land and business opportunities. I am the exclusive broker for a 309 unit subdivision which is the City of Oroville's first gated community. As the broker I review all files for accuracy and completion mandated by the National, State and local Association of Realtors. I am responsible for all aspects of day to day operations of a real estate company. All final decisions regarding advertising, marketing and financing alternatives come across my desk daily.

1999- 2001 President, Total Waste Control Extensive international marketing of materials collected in USA and shipped to Far East. Arrange all collection, freight, payments and claims for material bought and sold. Consult and promote new state of the art technology in the environmental and waste treatment field to current contacts in the Far East.

1996-1999 Vice President of Operations, Partner Multi-Material Management & Marketing Oversee and develop two processing facilities (Oakland and SF) that purchased, processed and shipped recyclable materials to foreign and domestic markets. Set up employee handbook, computer programming and training programs. Responsible for all areas of plant operations. Handled paper, plastic, glass & metals. Gross revenues of $10-12 million per year.

1991-1995 Director of Recycling Operations, Clayton Ward & Timbercove Recycling These two operations were part of a private solid waste company (Novato Disposal) that operated in 35 different locations in California.(In the top 100 companies in USA) I designed and developed all information required to comply with State law AB 939 in Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, and Colusa Counties. Coordinate, train and supervise all activities at buy-back and processing locations in the cities of Red Bluff, Redding, Corning & Willows. Supervise and develop curbside collection programs in those cities. Consult on the Solid Waste Task Force in the counties of Shasta, Tehama, Lake, Sonoma, Trinity, Siskiyou and Mendocino Counties.

1989-1991 Solid Waste & Recycling Supervisor North Valley Disposal Established, designed and supervised curbside collection program for City of Chico. Conduct all waste disposal surveys and diversion plans. Prepared and directed all aspects of collection, processing and marketing of recyclables. Appointed to Butte County Solid Waste Task Force.

1978-1989 President, Beaver Paper Company

As owner I established the daily activities, supervised employees, coordinated all financial and marketing activities. Operated two locations (Hayward & Chico) that trained businesses on paper collection procedures, monthly reporting and material control surveys. Provided possible alternative procedures for cost savings. Sold company to local garbage company (North Valley Disposal)
