I am focused on green technology to create jobs in Stockton. I would like to propose factories that build solar panels in Stockton. This would create lots of jobs, and turn around the local economy. Clean energy would benefit the economy and environment. I believe like President Obama that "The future is here." We need to transform the way we power our cars, homes, and businesses. The solar industry is healthy, and doing well with 60 successful factories in the U.S. which have actually driven the installation costs of solar down. For communities like Stockton with high unemployment, and low tax revenue, a solar manufacturing startup would help with jobs.
