Why I am a candidate

Most voters don't know the difference between a Republican and a Democrat. One of the most important jobs of the Central Committee is to teach that difference based on facts like comparing platforms. I believe once we understand the difference then we can honestly promote that difference to the people and see who they prefer.

In general, people prefer freedom over slavery. And when the Democrats take your money whether it is in taxes, fees or just inflation you are becoming more of a slave to the state.

Sometimes Democrats register Republican just to win a seat. One of the jobs of the Central Committee is to find true Republicans who will run. Again I believe that making sure when we endorse a Republican he or she truly wants to walk the talk is essential.

Last, but not least it is important to get out the Republican vote before the election, which for me will be 2014. I believe in this so much that I am doing this for free. (Central Committee members get no financial reimbursement.)
