Occupation: Judicial Staff Attorney
Age: 46
Education and Qualifications:

Behind the scenes at Superior Court a group of research attorneys work with judges to make rulings by independently and impartially analyzing the law. We provide objective review resolving issues before the court. As the leader at Criminal Division since 1998, I have participated in the adjudication of some of the most complex cases our county has seen. My work has helped shape California law insuring our liberties and public safety. (http://www.Cerul4Judge.com.)

As a patent holder, I share the spirit and vision that has made Silicon Valley the world's leader in innovation. As a longtime active member of my city neighborhood association, I share your concerns about community safety. I believe a Judge should be tough and smart on crime and sentencing. Endorsed by Deputy Sheriffs, Police Officers, Dispatchers, Firefighters, Engineers, Teachers, Nurses, and more.
