Diana Serafin successfully got the Initiative to Ban the Red Light Traffic Cameras on the Murrieta Ballot in November 2012.
I wrote, walked and gathered signatures for a peition to Ban the Red Light Cameras in Murrieta, CA. Successfully, I gathered over 6300 signatures to qualify the peition for the November 2012 ballot. The red light cameras are a revenue generating scam, not a system for safety.

  • Fines about $500 plus court costs & traffic school
  • Murrieta gets about $30 from each ticket issued
  • Mega Lawsuits against for profit camera companies & cities
  • Guilty until proven innocent + pay fine first court second
  • Unconstitutional in Orange County and Napa Valley County
  • No standards/ no calibration / violation of state laws
  • Snitch tickets no court location & wrong person in picture
  • Cities & camera companies profiting + out of state
  • Green, Yellow & Red lights too short
  • Cannot defend yourself legally in court + guilty until proven innocent
