  • If Dr. Jones is recalled, the person who will replace him will be in office only through November 2012. For the next 6 months, my priorities would be:
  • 1) To bring the water franchise fee issue (called an "illegal tax" by some) to a close, and
  • 2) To work toward a balanced budget given possible legal and other matters which might arise between now and November
