Ms. Fowler is currently a Senior Consultant for Daltek Global Solutions, LLC and has provided consulting, training, meeting facilitation, focus groups, speaking and organizational development services to nonprofits, corporations and public sector entities. Carolyn credits her accomplishments to the exceptional learning received as a retired AT&T Executive. She served five years as the Chief Operating Officer for a multi-media communications corporation established in support of human rights and related empowerment issues. TSG, Inc. encompasses broadcast and print media, lectures, symposiums and internet. Her most recent project focused on the urgency of now in educating young Black males and consults on Special Projects.

Active in the community, Ms. Fowler is Boot Camp Chair for the California Democratic Party's Women's Caucus encouraging more women to seek appointments and run for elected office. She also serves on the LA County Voting Systems Assessment Project Advisory Committee (VSAP), Community Voter Outreach Committee (CVOC), LACDP Election Protection Board Co-Chair and a founding member of California Election Protection Network. She is serving her third elected term as LACDP 51st Assembly District delegate and is Past President of New Frontier Democratic Club. Recently honored by the State legislature as March 2012 Women's History Month honoree and a 2011 Woman of Distinction. Carolyn has served on several boards and received numerous awards and recognition for her contributions by organizations, elected officials, colleagues and her community. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and has also completed the Wharton Global MBA International Certificate program at Pennsylvania State University.
