This information is provided by the candidate
Gerrymandering has taken away our power to choose our representatives.
The district maps drawn by the current Republican leadership are brazenly partisan, and guarantee a Republican majority in the near term. For any meaningful change to take place, we need the accountability from our elected officials. I will work across the aisle to amend the state's constitution to ensure fair districts and competitive elections, even if it means that I lose my seat in the legislature.
