I believe this is what is needed to attract and retain students. 1.School stability 2.A strong educational plan from PreK through twelfth grade with choices and alternatives 3.A safe, orderly, and nurturing environment 4.Experienced teachers who embrace a flexible approach to educational and cultural programming 5.Developmentally appropriate and individualized instruction 6.Competent board members working together to set quality and equitable policies that would govern the school district so that all children would benefit |
