To keep Crime in check and our Citizens, and our Environment Safe, we must continue to be pro-active in updating City Ordinances and Codes.

Improvements and Revitalization are already underway in the Business and the Residential Districts as a result of securing Alternative Funding, in the form of Grants and Special Programs, for these projects. An improved Business District and more Owner Occupied Homes provide a larger tax base. Continued Conservative Spending and Sound Financial Planning, coupled with locating additional Alternative Funding will help keep Cheviot a strong, thriving Full Service Community.

As always, I will continue to be accessible to Citizens, available to address their concerns, suggestions and complaints.
