My family has had the pleasure, security and comfort of living in Delhi Township for 33 years. I have had the privilege of serving the good people of Delhi for the past six (6) years as a charter member of the Delhi Financial Advisory Board (FAB); one year as Chair and one as Vice-Chair. During that time I have been involved in the evolution of the budget system to its current form + an annual zero-based budget developed and managed by each Department Head in conjunction with the Township Trustees, Fiscal Officer, Administrator and FAB. We have been tracking the 2005 Levy dollars and assisted in stretching those dollars longer than the expected five years.
