Answer from John T. Mumper:

Lifelong resident of the Fourth Ward Served on the following committes of council: Finance, Law & Ordinance, Streets and Infrastructure, Parks and Recreation, Safety( (Police & Fire) Chariman for six years of Committee of the Whole

? 2. What services do you believe should be considered basic and essential for the City?

Answer from John T. Mumper:

Police, Fire, Public Works, Garbage, Water, Parks, Building Code Enforcement

? 3. How would you balance the City Budget?

Answer from John T. Mumper:

We have already reduced expenses and we need to concentrate on increasing revenues. Concessions from our unions have been important aids to a balanced budget.

? 4. What actions will you take to support clean air?

Answer from John T. Mumper:

Follow all state guidelines and regulations.
