Information shown below:

A renewal of 4.5 mills and an increase of 1.4 mills to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Lincoln Heights, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of the COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE OR REFUSE, INCLUDING YARD WASTE at a rate not exceeding five and nine-tenths (5.9) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty- nine cents ($0.59) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
