In these tough times keeping City's funded to continue delivering essential health and safety services to our residents is leadership's bigget challenge. A clean, well-cared community keeps your property values up, helps keep our families healthy.

I've presented some larger projects to keep revenue flowing but small things count too.

A committee made up of local business leaders, residents and perhaps city officials should be formed. They should constantly review all known forms of generating income to be certain that rates are set for maximum return. They should review hotel taxes and any and all source of revenue. They should also explore new sources but they should walk the fine line of keeping rates afforable for Foster City residents.
