Improve student acheivement through leadership structuringThe District needs to explore a different leadership structure. Through leadership restructuring the District can improve student achievement and school performance, by moving the educational and organizational support closer to the schools and families. We need to provide our schools with easier access, better aligned and more coordinated educational and organizational assistance. The District's current leadership structure needs to be realigned in order to infuse all of our work with high expectations for the authentic engagement of our key stakeholders, the students. |
