8 Years as RPV Planning Commissioner

It is with great honor that I have served eight years as Planning Commissioner for Rancho Palos Verdes. It has provided me with the experience necessary for the job on Council and, if elected, I will continue my goals to:

Preserve our neighborhood character and avoid mansionization by holding firm to reasonable, compatible development in our community.

Work with businesses to improve their opportunities while at the same time conditioning approvals so as not to adversely impact our residents.

Make informed, fair decisions. An important quality needed on Council is the ability of your representative to build consensus in the community. As Commissioner, I always made sure I had a full and accurate understanding of issues and listen to public input in order to reach a fair decision. I also believe it is important that a decision maker let the public know the reasoning behind their decision taking all of the above into account.
