I believe in good relationships with local businesses, local government, law enforcement, and a variety of community based organizations are vital in meeting the needs of our students, teachers, and working families.
I am proud to have tripled the amount of community partnerships in the last 4 years as your elected school board member. With 20 years experience in business and youth advocacy, in both the private and public industries; I have a balanced approach to informing and asking outside organizations to participate in our schools. I understand that schools can not stand alone in educating students because the goal of life long learning is the responsibility of a community as a whole.

I continue to educate our partners that all industries were made possible because of education. And the amount of investment that we make today will result in what kind of tomorrow will have.
