Why I am running.

I have enjoyed my first term on council. It has been a learning experience on how government really works. I would like to continue serving the citizens of Pleasant Hills. Over the past three years I have been part of a team that has balanced the budget and not raised property taxes. Given the current economic situation in the country, and locally, I believe that property taxes should not be raise. Local government must look at how it can be fiscally responsible before taking more money from the public.

It has been an honor to serve the citizens of Pleasant Hills as a member of council.
