    Proposition AUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Ardsley Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the sum of $56,936,745 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the 2011-2012 school year and taxes be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same?

    Proposition BBRUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the proposed budget or estimate of expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year (July 1, 2011 + June 30, 2012) presented by the Board of Education in the amount of $39,587,509 be approved and the taxes in the necessary amount therefore be levied?

    Proposition BHCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Byram Hills Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of BYRAM HILLS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT be authorized to expend for budgetary purposes in the school year 2011-2012 the sum of $78,654,230 and to levy the necessary tax therefor upon the taxable property of the School District?

    Proposition BRUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Bronxville Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Bronxville Union Free School District, Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, is hereby authorized to make expenditures as estimated in the Proposed Budget in the amount of Forty Three Million, Six Hundred Four Thousand, One Hundred Eighty Four Dollars ($43,604,184) and to raise the taxes therefor.

    Proposition BRUFSD-2 Capital Reserve Fund -- Bronxville Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, shall the Board of Education of the Bronxville Union Free School District be authorized, pursuant to Section 3651 of the Education Law, to establish a Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of masonry renovation, plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, mechanical upgrades, technology upgrades, telephone upgrades, security system upgrades, public address system upgrades, food service/cafeteria renovations, roof replacement, floor replacement, door replacement, window replacement, interior renovations, toilet room renovations, locker room renovations, athletic field renovations, sitework, and/or the purchase of furnishings/equipment. The ultimate amount of the aforesaid Capital Reserve Fund is $10,000,000, including interest thereon, and the probable term shall be ten (10) years; the funds are to be transferred from unreserved undesignated fund balance remaining in the general fund and/or transfers from other reserves including a sum not to exceed $2,000,000 from the 2010-2011 budget and thereafter in an annual amount of not more than $1,000,000 for each remaining year of the probable 10-year term.

    Proposition BUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Bedford Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the sum of $118,980,000 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Bedford Central School District for the fiscal year 2011-2012 and shall that same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be raised by a tax on taxable property of the school district?

    Proposition CCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of the Chappaqua Central School District be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $111,448,488 set forth in the School District Budget for the School Year 2011-2012, and that the necessary tax be levied therefor.

    Proposition CCSD-2 Chappaqua Library Budget Vote -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,766,724 for the Chappaqua Central School District Public Library for the School Year 2011-2012, and that the necessary tax be levied therefor.

    Proposition CHUFSD-1 School Budget Proposition -- Croton Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in the Croton-Harmon School District such amount as will with moneys otherwise available produce the sum of $43,860,828 as contemplated by the budget prepared by the Board of Education on April 7, 2011.

    Proposition CHUFSD-2 Croton Free Library Budget Vote -- Croton Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in this district the sum of $782,097 for the support of the Croton Free Library.

    Proposition CHUFSD-3 Bond Proposition to Purchase Mini-Vans -- Croton Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various mini-vans, and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $115,000 (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the amount of not to exceed $115,000 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $115,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

    Proposition CHUFSD-4 Bond Proposition for Improvements to District Buildings -- Croton Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to establish a capital reserve fund to fund the partial reconstruction of, and construction of improvements to, various District buildings; such reserve fund to be designated "Capital Reserve Fund-2011"; the probable term of which will not exceed ten (10) years from the date of its establishment; the ultimate principal amount therein to total not to exceed $5,000,000 plus interest earnings thereon; such amount is expected to be provided from the District's fund balance as well as other sources available therefor.

    Proposition DFUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum of $38,073,156 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for 2011-12 and that a tax be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same.

    Proposition EdUFSD School Budget Vote -- Edgemont Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum $50,711,858 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for 2011-2012 and that a tax be levied in accordance with the law to meet the same.

    Proposition ElUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Elmsford Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the School Budget as proposed by the Board of Education for the school year 2011-2012 in the amount of $29,650,799 be adopted and the necessary taxes be levied thereon?

    Proposition GCSD School Budget Vote -- Greenburgh Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED that the budget for the year commencing July 1, 2011 be adopted in the amount of $57,440,000, the said sums be appropriated, and that taxes be levied in the amount necessary therefor.

    Proposition HCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Harrison Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED that the annual School District Budget for the 2011/12 school year as proposed by the Board of Education in accordance with Section 1716 of the Education Law, in the amount of $103,127,306, be approved and the necessary taxes levied therefore upon the taxable real property of the School District.

    Proposition HHCSD School Budget Vote -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District of Cortlandt in the County of Westchester be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $69,880,000 for the General Budget and to levy the necessary tax therefor.

    Proposition HHCSD-1 Vote to Fund Expenses for School Buses and Vans -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Resolved: (a) That the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses and vans for use by the District, and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $561,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $561,000 to pay such cost, said tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $561,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

    Proposition HHCSD-2 Vote on Library Budget -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Resolved, that the sum of $797,386 raised by tax to be applied in support of the Hendrick Hudson Free Library which has been registered by the State Board of Regents in the State of New York which sum shall be raised by a levy of taxes on the taxable property of said school district.

    Proposition HOH-1 School Budget Vote -- Hastings on Hudson Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of the Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh, NY, be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2011-2012 Annual Budget in the total amount of $42,028,394 and to levy the necessary tax therefore?

    Proposition HOH-2 Vote to Fund Facility Improvements -- Hastings on Hudson Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), be hereby authorized to establish a capital reserve fund pursuant to §3651 of the Education Law, to be designated "Capital Reserve Fund for Facility Improvements," in the ultimate amount of not to exceed $2,000,000 plus interest thereon, the term of which will not exceed ten years from the date of its establishment, for the purpose of funding all or part of the cost of various future technology improvements and other capital improvements to District buildings and the sites thereof, and to transfer into such capital reserve fund (a) approximately $700,000 currently available and on hand for such purpose, and (b) surplus funds in such years and in such amounts, not exceeding $1,300,000, as shall be determined by said Board of Education.

    Proposition IUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Irvington Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Irvington Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh in the County of Westchester, New York be and hereby is authorized: To appropriate the sum set forth $50,324,892 for the fiscal year 2011-2012 and to levy the necessary tax therefore.

    Proposition KLUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Katonah Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the 2011-2012 budget, be and the same is hereby adopted for the appropriation of the necessary funds to meet the estimated expenditures, and authorizing the levy of tax of and for said Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, as set forth in the detailed statement of expenditures, which will be required for school purposes and for estimated district expenses for the ensuing year, in the amount of $111,020,044.

    Proposition KLUFSD-2 Vote to Fund Purchase of School Buses and Vehicles -- Katonah Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, (a) that the Board of Education, of the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses and vehicles and to expend thereof, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and to the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $1,225,000;

    (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $1,225,000 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and

    (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $1,225,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

    Proposition LCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Lakeland Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum of $157,235,514 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2011-2012 and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same.

    Proposition MmUFSD School Budget Vote -- Mamaroneck Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall appropriation of the sum of $125,325,971 estimated expenditures for school purposes for the fiscal year 2011-2012 be approved and the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same?

    Proposition MVCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Mount Vernon City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Resolved: That the 2011-2012 General Fund Budget hereby adopted for the appropriation of the necessary funds to meet the estimated expenditures and that the Board of Education of the Mount Vernon City School District, Westchester County, New York, be authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $208,787,554 for General Fund purposes and to levy the tax necessary therefore.

    Proposition NRCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- New Rochelle City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the general fund proposed budget of expenditures of the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, for the 2011-2012 school year in the amount of $230,872,398 for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures be and hereby is approved and authorized to be submitted to the voters at the Annual School Election/Budget Vote, May 17, 2011; and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon taxable property located within the school district, and after deducting the monies available from State Aid and other sources as provided by law?

    Proposition NRCSD-2 Library Budget Vote -- New Rochelle City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the general fund proposed budget of expenditures of the New Rochelle Public Library of the City School District of the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, for the 2011-2012 year in the amount of $4,473,724.64 for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures be and hereby is approved and authorized to be submitted to the voters at the Annual Library Election/Budget Vote, May 17, 2011; and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon taxable property located within the school district, after first deducting the monies available from other sources as provided by law?

    Proposition NSCSD School Budget Vote -- North Salem Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum of $38,569,065 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2011-2012, and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same.

    Proposition OUFSD School Budget Vote -- Ossining Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: that the School District Budget, as proposed by the Ossining Board of Education, for the 2011-2012 School Year, in the amount of $103,502,510 be adopted and the necessary tax levied therefore.

    Proposition PCRUFSD School Budget Vote -- Port Chester Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Budget for the fiscal year 2011-2012 as proposed by the Board of Education in the gross amount of $79,555,725 be adopted?

    Proposition PCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Peekskill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum of $72,013,090 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Peekskill City School District for the fiscal year 2011/2012 and that said sum or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be raised by the levy of a tax on the taxable property of the school district.

    Proposition PCSD-2 Reconstruction of HS Cafeteria and Kitchen ; Improvements to District Facilities -- Peekskill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the March 29, 2011 bond resolution authorizing the reconstruction of the High School cafeteria and kitchen and various improvements to District facilities at a maximum cost of $3,165,000; authorizing the expenditure of $1,032,854 surplus available funds, $77,146, from the repair reserve fund and the issuance of not exceeding $2,055,000 bonds (30 year maximum maturity); providing for a tax levy therefore in annual installments; pledging the District's faith and credit for debt service; delegating powers with respect to bonds and notes; and providing for an estoppel procedure, be approved?

    Shall the 2011-12 school district budget, as submitted by the Board of Education be hereby approved and the Board of Education be authorized to expend the sum of $44,896,512 for the school year July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 and to levy the necessary tax therefor?

    Proposition RCSD School Budget Vote -- Rye City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: That the Rye City School District Budget for the school year July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in the amount of $71,908,000.00 as set forth in the detailed statement of the budget, be adopted and that the Rye City School District Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes therefore.

    Proposition RNUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Rye Neck Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the proposed budget or estimate of expenditures for the ensuring fiscal year (July 1, 2011 + June 30, 2012) presented by the Board of Education in the amount of $35,853,765 be approved and a tax in said amount be levied upon the taxable property of the district?

    Proposition SCSD School Budget Vote -- Somers Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the following Resolution be adopted? "RESOLVED, that the sum of $80,426,573 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for 2011-12 and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same."

    Proposition ScUFSD School Budget Vote -- Scarsdale Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty-eight Million, Four Hundred Forty-three Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars($138,443,938), of which Two Hundred Twelve Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-five Dollars ($212,895) is for the cost of transportation beyond that mandated by law, shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2011-12, and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes to meet the same.

    Proposition TrUFSD-1 School Budget Vote (Tarrytowns) -- Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of this School District be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2011-2012 annual budget in the total amount of $64,754,404, and to levy the necessary tax thereof?

    Proposition TrUFSD-2 Change of Mileage Limitation for Student Transportation (Tarrytowns) -- Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education be authorized to change the mileage limitation for the transportation of students in the third through fifth grade from .5 miles from the school which they attend to .8 miles from the school which they attend, with an approximate cost savings of $100,000?

    Proposition TrUFSD-3 Purchase of Vans for Student Transportation (Tarrytowns) -- Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of this School District be authorized to spend a sum not exceeding $85,000 (39% reimbursable through State aid) to purchase two 20-passenger vans for student transportation, utilizing the 2010-11 fund balance and thereby resulting in no impact on the 2011-12 school budget or tax levy?

    Proposition TUFSD School Budget Vote -- Tuckahoe Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the proposed budget of expenditures of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District for the 2011-2012 school year in the amount of $28,897,513 and for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures adopted by the Board of Education be and the same hereby is approved and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon the taxable property of the school district, after first deducting the monies available from state aid and other sources as provided by law.

    Proposition VUFSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Valhalla Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    There is hereby appropriated the sum of $42,782,749 to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the fiscal year 2011-2012, said sum to be raised by a tax upon the taxable property of the district.

    Proposition VUFSD-2 2011 Building Capital Reserve Fund -- Valhalla Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Valhalla Union Free School District be authorized to establish a Capital Reserve Fund pursuant to §3651 of the Education Law (to be known as the "2011 Building Capital Reserve Fund") for the purpose of financing the reconstruction, renovation and equipping of district buildings and facilities, including incidental costs. The ultimate amount of such fund is to be $1,500,000.00, plus earnings thereon. The probable term of such fund is to be ten (10) years, or until liquidated or the funds are exhausted. The sources from which the funds shall be obtained for such Reserve are (i) budgetary appropriations from time to time, (ii) unappropriated fund balance from time to time, and (iii) NYS Aid received from time to time, all as permitted by law.

    Proposition WPCSD School Budget Vote -- White Plains City School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the budget for the 2011-12 school year in the amount of $185,536,466 be adopted, and that the necessary taxes be levied therefor.

    Proposition YCSD-1 School Budget Vote -- Yorktown Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED, that the Annual School District Budget for the fiscal year 2011-2012 in the amount of $91,125,000 and the requisite portion thereof to be raised by taxation on the taxable property of the District be approved.

    Proposition YCSD-2 Bond for Building Improvement Project -- Yorktown Central School District (Explanation: On May 16, 2006, the voters of Yorktown Central School District (the "District") approved the levy and collection of a tax in the amount of $37,648,000 to pay for a building improvement project; and due to the closing of the French Hill Elementary School, $1,200,000 of such cost will not be expended for such purposes; and it is now desirable to construct a new artificial turf field at the High School which can be accomplished at a cost of not to exceed said $1,200,000] - Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED: (a) That the District is hereby authorized to construct a new artificial turf field at the High School, and to expend for such purpose not to exceed $1,200,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $1,200,000 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board; and (c) that bonds of the District are authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,200,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.
