Position Papers
Budget & Fiscal Reponsibility
I will prudently manage the county's $1.8 billion budget to efficiently provide vital county services such as law enforcement, fire protection, and public health. As an elected school board member for over seven years, I have a proven track record of insisting on financial accountability and making tough budget decisions.
Economic Development & Job Creation
As county supervisor I will work with the business community to improve the local business environment and attract additional jobs to our county. Without a strong local economy we will not have the tax base to adequately fund the critical public services we all rely on.
Children & Youth Issues
As an elected school board member and a parent, I am committed to ensuring that the county is as supportive as possible of our children and families.
