MONROVIA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - Board Member 2003-2004; Executive Board Member 2005-2009 (President 2007) Served on all Chamber Subcommittees including Ambassadors; BEACON (Business, Education and Community Outreach Network and I have continued to date to serve as its Secretary), Government Affairs (Chair 2008-09); and Membership. Together with my husband, I was an Iris Award Winner in 2005; Dick Lord Award Winner 2008

MONROVIA COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION - May, 2009, to current date, City Council Liaison to Community Services Commission. Eleven years prior to City Council Liaison appointment, I was an appointed Community Services Commissioner. During my position as a Community services Commissioner, I sat as the Chair from 6/05-6/07; sat on various subcommittees including those relating to Master Planning, Art in Public Places, Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Station Design Art Review Committee, and Committees involving the Hillside Wilderness Preserve and held Liaison Appointments as a Commissioner to the Monrovia Chamber, Monrovia Community Coordinating Council, and Monrovia Reads.

MONROVIA COMMUNITY COORDINATING COUNCIL - Ongoing 12 years as a Member and having served in all Executive Offices (Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President, serving two terms in each office). I am currently, and for many years, have also acted as the Calendar Coordinator, keeping the Community Calendar for the Coordinating Council which is made available to the City and various organizations and individuals throughout the City and neighboring areas as well.
