My priorities are to restore our city's small-town atmosphere and enhance our quality of life.

I will work with Residents/City Council/Staff to:

Promote Accountability/Transparency

  • Solicit community input through Town hall meetings to establish City Council goals

  • Enhance the city's online capabilities/website for easier access to city information

Ensure Fiscal Responsibility

  • Utilize/maximize grant funding to pay for park, library and infrastructure improvements

  • Partner with our School Districts and non-profit organizations to help meet city objectives

Redevelop Las Tunas Drive / Rosemead Boulevard

  • Update city's Downtown Specific Plan to promote small-scale development to reflect our small-town values

  • Re-establish Business Retention & Attraction Program to bring in businesses you want like a bookstore and restaurants
