Increasing Student Enrollment
PUSD has one of the highest percentages of students attending private schools in California, and across the United States. We also have one of the highest student drop out rates.
Why hasn't the 2.5 million dollars spent last year for the reinvention of John Muir High School brought significant results? Every dollar we spend must result in recognizable benefit to our students.
Student School Board
Our constituents are the students of PUSD, yet how often do we listen to them? How often do we consult them, when attempting to understand their needs and their circumstances?
