  • Transportation system -- Maintenance & Upgrades
Position Papers
Tax Fairness
You pay taxes, but policy decisions made by the legislature exempts cigars, smokeless tobacco, natural gas, and most corporations doing business in PA from paying their fair share.
Constitutional Reform
Pennsylvania has the most expensive legislature in the nation. Yet voters are dissatified with its performance. Even in the face of this disapproval, the legislature resists reform. That makes a Constitutional Convention necessary.
Transportation System
Pennsylvania has more roads than any other state in the nation. The condition of these roads and associated bridges is not good. And current funding may not be sufficient to maintain the system, let alone make improvements. Additional funding is needed.
