Position Papers
The Corbett/Cawley Plan to Reform Pennsylvania's Jobs Climate
Unless there are dramatic changes, Pennsylvania will continue to have one of the worst tax burdens in the nation and will continue to scare off job creators from locating here. Tom and Jim will combat this trend by enacting reforms that reduce the tax burden on Pennsylvania families and job creators, cut regulatory barriers that are crushing job growth and expand opportunities for new industry sectors to call Pennsylvania home.
The Corbett/Cawley Plan for Expanding Pennsylvania's Economy through Innovation
Pennsylvania has been hit hard by the current recession and we see evidence of that in our skyrocketing unemployment rate. It is time to restore the commonwealth's rightful place in the global market through innovation, improved job creation and 21st century workforce training.
The Corbett/Cawley Plan to Reform Harrisburg
Tom Corbett and Jim Cawley will work to bring much needed change, reform and certainty to Harrisburg. For far too long, state government has let down the hard working families of this great Commonwealth, and it is time for change. Tom and Jim will provide an open, transparent, accountable and trustworthy government that finally puts Pennsylvania taxpayers first and gets the state back on track and moving in the right direction.
