I have been dedicated to the practice of law for nearly 30 years. A graduate of Harvard Law School, I have been named one of the Top 50 Lawyers in Cincinnati by Cincinnati Magazine and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio. I have also been selected by my peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America. I was elected by my peers to serve as President of the Cincinnati Bar Association for 2006/2007.

I began my legal career with a prestigious clerkship for a United States District Court Judge. In 1987, I started working for the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp in the trial department. Shortly thereafter, my wife Jane and I settled with our daughter KC near Pleasant Ridge and I became a partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp. As evidence of my reputation as a preeminent trial attorney, I have consistently earned an AV rating, the highest possible rating from my peers, and am routinely named to Ohio Super Lawyers. I also received excellent ratings from the Cincinnati bar Association Judicial Poll found at http://www.cincybar.org.

In my free time, I am a dedicated public servant who has served on numerous local boards including the Hamilton County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board, VISIONS Community Services Board, and I am a founding member of the Cincinnati Children's Museum Board. My wife Jane and I live in Pleasant Ridge where I have served as President of the Pleasant Ridge Community Council. I am active member of St. Xavier Catholic Church in downtown Cincinnati where I serve a Eucharistic minister and lector.
