Information shown below:

A replacement of 4.34 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 0.93 mill to constitute a tax for the benefit of Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding five and twenty-seven hundredths (5.27) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty-two and seven tenths cents ($0.527) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.
