I have spent my entire career prosecuting criminals. That is why I am the only candidate for judge endorsed by law enforcement groups.

As a Senior Deputy District Attorney, I have prosecuted and won convictions in the following cases: murder, drive-by shooting, elder abuse, domestic violence, gang violence, robberies, kidnappings, sexual assault, carjacking, arson, auto theft, rural crime, drug sales, and driving under the influence.

I began my career in the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office as a victim's advocate. I made sure victims had a voice in the courts. I have trained other prosecutors, police officers, fire officials and legal professionals. I've lectured at local universities and schools on topics of judicial process, the role of a prosecutor, drug prevention and gang awareness. In 2006, the Modesto Police Department, the Sund-Carrington Foundation and the Victim Services Unit recognized me as the Prosecutor of the Year.

As a Superior Court Judge, I will promote safety in our community and efficiency in the courtroom. I will impose sentences that are just and protect the rights of victims.
