Measure G. Transient Occupancy Tax -- City of Riverbank (Majority Approval Required)
Fail: 1,790 / 40.63% Yes votes ...... 2,616 / 59.37% No votes
Shall an ordinance amending Section 34.47 of the Code of the City of Riverbank, providing that "for the privilege of occupancy in any hotel, each transient is subject and shall pay a tax in the amount of 9% of the rent charged by the operator", be adopted? If Measure G passes the transient occupancy tax rate as set forth in Section 34.47 of the Riverbank City Code would be increased from 4% to 9%?

Measure H. School District Bond -- Hughson Unified School District (55% Approval Required)
Fail: 1,533 / 40.80% Yes votes ...... 2,224 / 59.20% No votes
To improve the quality of education, modernize and renovate the high school, improve energy efficiency to reduce operating costs, build a science building at the high school, upgrade technology and inadequate electrical systems, and improve and expand physical education fields and facilities, shall the Hughson Unified School District issue $21,000,000 of bonds at legal interest rates, have an independent citizens' oversight committee and NO money used for administrative or teacher salaries or be taken by the state?

Shall Section 300 of the Modesto City Charter be amended to eliminate run-off elections for Council districts and continue,if necessary,run-off elections for the position of Mayor, to be held on the first Tuesday in February of each even numbered year, commencing with the year 2012 and delete irrelevant dates?

Shall Section 300 of the Modesto City Charter be amended to clarify that any run-off election, if necessary, shall be conducted if any candidate for a particular office does not receive a majority of the valid votes cast for that office in a regular municipal election and to delete irrelevant dates?

Shall the City Council provide sewer service to the following unincorporated county area described below? The unincorporated area known as the "Parklawn Neighborhood" which is described generally as the area bounded by Hatch Road on north, Pearson Avenue/Union Pacific Railroad on west, Nelson Way extended from the centerline of Nelson Way westerly to Union Pacific Railroad on south, and Morgan Road/Union Pacific Railroad on east.

Fail: 1,373 / 37.75% Yes votes ...... 2,264 / 62.25% No votes
Shall the term of office of Mayor be changed from two (2) years to four (4) years effective at the election for Mayor on November 6, 2012?
