ECON 101

By Mark T Lambert

Candidate for United States Representative; District 42

This information is provided by the candidate
JOBS JOBS JOBS
SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNTS FOR APROXIMATELY 65% OF ALL JOBS. THESE BUSINESSES NEED A BREAK AS WELL AS THE RESPECT OF GOVERNMENT AT ALL LEVELS. I HAVE PERSONALLY WITNESSED SEVERAL CASES OF DOUBLE AND TRIPLE TAXATION ON THESE BUSINESSES. IN ONE CASE THE SMALL BUSINESS WAS TAXED BY FEDERAL, STATE, STATE AGAIN, STATE AGAIN,AND COUNTY,AND LOCAL CITY, AND AGAIN FOR POLICE PROTECTION. DIDN'T THEIR CITY TAXES COVER POLICE PROTECTION???? THE ENTIRE TAX LAW NEEDS TO BE REVAMPED TO TREAT ALL CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES FAIRLY. WE CURRENTLY HAVE TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT FOR TOO MUCH MONEY. ONE LONG TERM FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PERSONALLY TOLD ME THAT 70% OF HIS FEDERAL AGENCYS WORK LOAD WAS OBSOLETE AND HAD NO USE SINCE THE LATE 1950'S.I WILL PERSONALLY WORK TO MAKE ALL TAX LAWS SO EVERYONE PAYS THEIR FAIR SHARE AS WELL AS ELIMINATE TAX INJUSTICE. THE CURRENT TAX UNCERTANTY ALLOWS GOVERNMENT AT BOTH THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS TO COMMIT "GRAVE ROBERY". CURRENT CONGRESS SHOULD BE EMBERASED AT THEIR LACK OF PLANNING AS WELL AS THEIR LACK OF ACTION TO ADDRESS CURRENT ESTATE TAX LAWS. BUT THEN THEIR CAMPAIGNS AND REELLECTIONS WERE MORE IMPORTANT!
