Candidate for
Board Member; Fallbrook Union Elementary School District

I am completing my fourth year as a member of the Fallbrook Elementary School Board. I have served as Clerk and Vice President. I taught in the district for 34 years and I continue to volunteer as an instructor for the gifted math program at 5 of our schools. I am also the meet director for the "Doron Games" our elementary district track meet.(34years)

I graduated from San Diego State University. I am married (Linda) and have one son who graduated from Fallbrook schools and Cal State San Marcos University. During my tenure as a teacher in Fallbrook, I served on numerous committees including bargaining, curriculum, insurance, math, and many more.

My fellow board members and I, administration, certificated and classified employees, all working together, have been able to avoid furlough days, salary roll backs, and massive layoffs while continuing to provide quality education for our children. We have even added new programs in these terrible fiscal times. I ask for your support so that I may continue to work for the children of Fallbrook.
