WHY WE NEED ROCKY NOW FOR SANTEE CITY COUNCIL

ROCKY WILL BRING TRANSPARENCY TO CITY GOVERNANCE AND FINANCES.

ROCKY'S FINANCE BACKGROUND MAKES HIM UNIQUELY QUALIFIED TO IMPLEMENT THE HARD DECISIONS NEEDED TO INSURE SANTEE'S FINANCIAL FUTURE. HE WILL ADVOCATE FOR A CITIZENS BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO OVERSEE THE BUDGET PROCESS AND PROVIDE STRONG FISCAL MANAGEMENT.

Rocky Qualin will fight for our citizens and community. He understands the unique character of our city and will preserve what is best about Santee while planning for a bright future.

Neighborhoods First: Rocky is committed to safer streets and better recreational opportunities for our families, reduced traffic in our neighborhoods and creating more open space, parks and sports fields.

Planning for Our Future: Rocky will promote pro-business policies and continued economic vitality through quality development. Rocky has a proven record.

Uniquely Qualified: A long-time resident, Rocky and his wife have chosen to raise their two children in Santee. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and worked in the banking industry for 11 years. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at KPS Insurance Services. He also serves on the board of directors for the local non-profit Camp Jack, which sends at-risk youth to summer camp.

Rocky Qualin will be your voice in achieving the best outcome for our citizens on projects, which promote environmental, fiscal and community sustainability!
