Dan has a proven record of strong fisical management at Padre Dam in times of rising costs. Dan has champoined lower water rates at Metropolitian Water District, San Diego County Water Authority and Padre Dam.

We must reduce both Padre's operating cost increase, as well as the Water Authority, to insure safe, reliable and afforadable water..

I have voted agaist rate increase at both the Water Authority and Padre Dam... I realize certain costs are increasing, but we must lower our water cost increases.
