Efficient wastewater processing

By David Kulchin

Candidate for Board Member; Leucadia Wastewater District

This information is provided by the candidate
Water is a key resource. Processing wastewater efficiently is essential.
I have served as a Director on the board of Leucadia Wastewater District since 1996. We serve approximately 28,000 households and businesses in the South Carlsbad, Encinitas and Leucadia areas. We are fiscally solvent, technically excellent, and concerned about the environment, especially the Batiquitos Lagoon.

We continue to invest in infrastructure, state of the art technology and maintining a strong cash postion.

My goal is to be reelected to continue the positive direction practiced by our competent staff and board.
