I consider Ramona a special community where there exists a unique blend of hard-working rural values and positive futuristic ideas. I feel that a respect for the past needs to be maintained as we keep our eyes on what lies ahead. I believe in becoming active in the community and service to the community that is positive and professional. I have been active on the Transportation and Trails sub-committee to the Ramona Community Planning group for the past 4 years. I have been involved in discussion and development of many important projects and items that are vital to our community. It is important that the Ramona Community Planning Group develop and maintain respect, not only amongst our own citizens, but from outside agencies as well. Over the years, I have worked to improve relationships among committee members, Caltrans and with the County of San Diego. If elected to serve on the Community Planning Group I will be committed to open discussion on all issues. I will be passionate about ideas and concepts that strive to solve local problems and I will aim to improve our entire community for future generations. |
