FairgroundsAs always we need to be vigilant with regard to activities and development on the Fairgrounds. At the moment the major challenge to our city is the significant intensification of use and development being proposed in the Fairgrounds Master Plan. Our Council should be exploring ways to utilize zoning on the Fairgrounds that could protect our city from any negative impacts that the proposed extensive development can have on our city. I see this as a major and pressing priority. |
