Candidate for
Board Member; Lakeside Community Planning Area

I believe in a responsible and balanced approach to planning and growth, which means "smart growth" while protecting environmental, recreational and cultural resources.

Since I first discovered Lakeside I have considered it a hidden jewel in east county. We have incredible mountains, hiking and biking trails, equestrian trails, lakes, parks, rivers, and more. We have good schools, and a vibrant community center. Soon we will have a Lakeside skate park.

The decisions made by the planning group will influence what our community will look like now and into the distant future. We need to be good stewards for the future.
